At The Canvas Digtial, we are committed to delivering quality services. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations and refunds.

1. Overview

We aim to provide high-quality digital services, software solutions, design work, and technology consulting. All projects are initiated only after client approval and the agreed scope of work. Our policies are designed to maintain transparency and protect both the client and our company from unauthorized disputes or misuse.

Cancellation Policy

1.1 Project-Based Services (Software, Web, App, Branding, E-commerce Stores, Automations)

  • A project may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if no work has started.

  • Once research, planning, resource assignment, or production work begins, the project becomes non-cancellable.

  • If partial work has been completed and the client requests cancellation:

    • A pro-rated cancellation fee will apply based on the work delivered up to that point.

    • Deposits, setup fees, onboarding fees, and consultation charges are non-refundable.

1.2 Monthly/Subscription Services (SaaS, Hosting, Support, Maintenance)

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, but the cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.

  • No refunds are issued for the current month’s services once work/access has begun.

1.3 Custom Orders / Bespoke Solutions

  • All custom development, design, and tailored solutions are non-cancellable once the project brief is approved.

Refund Policy

2.1 Digital Products (AI tools, templates, e-books, automations, scripts, PDFs)

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files, links, or access credentials are delivered.

2.2 IT Services, Software Development, Branding, and Consulting

Refunds are issued only if:

  • No work has started after receiving payment, OR

  • We are unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal limitations.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Client delays or failure to provide required information

  • Services already delivered partially or fully

  • Custom code, graphics, designs, or assets produced

  • Third-party fees (hosting, domains, plugins, ads, APIs, SMS gateways, etc.)

2.3 Quality Assurance Review

If a client is dissatisfied:

  • We provide up to 2 revisions (or as agreed per contract) to ensure the deliverables meet the approved scope.

  • Refunds are not applicable once revisions or production steps begin.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

To maintain transparency and avoid misunderstandings:

  • Clients must contact us first to resolve any concerns.

  • Opening a chargeback without prior communication may result in suspension of services.

  • All work logs, communication, approvals, screenshots, delivery proofs, and activity records are maintained and may be submitted to financial institutions in case of disputes.

Processing Time & Method

  • Approved refunds (if eligible) are processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method only, in compliance with processor rules.
